Filipina master welder · 21 years at the torch

She did it. So can you.
Nakaya niya. Makaya sab nimo.

Welders who work abroad can earn far more than they ever could at home. To get there, you must pass one weld test. That test stops most who try. I passed it in Japan and Canada. I coach you one-on-one, in Bisaya, to be ready.

Why me

I worked abroad, the same path you want.

I stood where you stand now, in the same boots. And I made it abroad.

I have 21 years at the torch. I welded at Tsuneishi in Japan, the same shipyard where thousands of Cebuano welders have worked. I welded in Brunei oil and gas, and in Canada. I welded to the same standard they use worldwide. I passed Canada's national welding test, the CWB, one of the hardest welding tests anywhere.

I also taught. I ran a TESDA welding center and tested other welders for years. So I was on the side that decides who passes and who fails. Now I coach you one-on-one and online, in your own language. The language you think and weld in.

What changes

From skilled to ready to work abroad

You can already weld. I get you welding to the exact way the test wants you to weld, and ready for the interview. So you pass the welding part with no worry.

Where you are today

  • A skilled welder, but not sure your weld will pass their test.
  • Scared of the interview and your work samples. You must explain your work, and do it in English.
  • One costly try at the test, and no idea what they want.
  • Near recruiters who promise too much and ask for money.

After coaching with me

  • Welding to the exact way the test wants you to weld, with a coach who has passed it.
  • Ready to explain your own welds clearly, in your language first.
  • Coached practice before the real test, by someone who tested welders.
  • Coached by a welder who made it abroad. She tells you the truth, in your own language.

Why this works

The work abroad is real. The test is what stops most people.

The jobs are there and they pay well. One thing stands in the way: the hands-on welding test. And it stops most who try.

In one real hiring round abroad, 142 welders applied. Only 20 got deployed. Most were stopped at the hands-on welding test.

I ran a TESDA welding center. I was on the side that decides who passes and who fails. I coach you to do the exact thing the examiner looks for.

The English interview scares Bisaya-first welders as much as the weld does. I coach you to explain your own work, in your language first, then build up to English.

Straight answers

Straight answers, because this trade gets scammed

Ask me anything else on the call. Here are the ones that matter most.

How soon can I start?

As soon as we have had your free call and built your plan. Coaching is one-on-one and online, so you can start from wherever you are.

Do you get me a job abroad?

No. Be careful with anyone who promises that for a fee. I tested and passed other welders for years, so I know exactly what passes. But the job offer comes through a licensed agency, and I will point you to honest ones.

What about the visa?

That goes through an immigration lawyer or licensed agent, not me. I coach the welding and get you ready. The paperwork goes through the right people, and I will tell you who.

What exactly do I get?

Coaching from a welder who made it abroad on this same path: Tsuneishi in Japan, Brunei oil and gas, Canada, CWB-certified. It is one-on-one, in your own language. I coach your weld to the exact way the test wants you to weld. I coach you to explain your own welds in the interview. And I show you which photos and samples of your own welds to bring.

Why is the call in Bisaya?

Because you should be able to ask anything in the language you think and weld in. I am Filipina, 21 years at the torch, and I made it abroad on the same path you want. One tradesman talking to another.
